Now that things with the house buyer are slightly getting less hectic, I have a little more time to focus on me. Last year, while being a wonderful year in terms of new experiences, was not the most healthful year that I’ve had. Between sinus infections, falls (I’m kind of accident prone), aches, and carpal tunnel, I’ve been feeling frustrated with my body’s limitations. I’m ready to make some changes.
I was recently contacted by NewChapter to try out some of their dietary supplements and to write about my personal experience with them. I received the following supplements:

Now, for the record, I am not pregnant, but I feel prenatal vitamins are some of the best multivitamins to take. Plus, NewChapter’s Perfect Prenatal vitamins support breast health*, and that’s not a bad thing for any woman! Zyflamend is an exciting product for me, as my hands ache so much at times. This product promotes a healthy inflammation response*. Finally, there’s NewChapter’s Wholemega whole fish oil supplements, made with 100% wild-caught Alaskan salmon, which contains Omega 3, 5,6,7,8 and 9 Fatty Acids. I didn’t even know there were other Omegas than 3!
I’m excited for this endeavor both due to the natural approach to a healthy lifestyle that NewChapter supports, but also because of the sustainability stance of the company. Seeing the “Non-GMO Project Verified” seal on all three supplements made me sigh with relief and delight. It helps to feel that what I am putting into my body is not going against my personal beliefs.
I plan to follow-up in a month or so to report on my experience with NewChapter! Here’s to a healthier start!
